About AJURISARVIK

Through a partnership between the Kativik Regional Government, PS Jeunesse, the Canadian Practice Enterprise Network and Ilagiisaq (Fédération des Coopératives du Nouveau-Québec), AJURISARVIK is a program open to Inuit Nunavimmiut from across the Nunavik region to develop skills for positions such as office clerk, secretary/receptionist, and accounting clerk.

This program is entirely funded by the Kativik Regional Government

AJURISARVIK
is therefore a simulated business that sells Inuit Art.

The simulated transactions generated by our sales activities allow AJURISARVIK participants to practice the skills necessary to perform the various roles necessary for the smooth running of a company’s day-to-day operations, without any fear of making mistakes.

AJURISARVIK is part of the Canadian Practice Enteprise Network (CPEN) and of the Practice Enterprise Network Worldwide (PENWorldwide) which allows inter-company transactions and benefits from the services of more than 7000 other practice enterprises, as well as participants to interact with participants from all over the world.
